Title: Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud Implementation Specialist
Location: Miami, FL
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with stakeholders to design and scope various Salesforce initiatives and program.
- Conduct discovery sessions or business process review, for various stakeholder groups and business units
- Apply strong project management skills in overseeing various concurrent scoping initiatives and critical dependencies across organization wide initiatives
- Deep understanding of CRM and how salesforce.com can be used to support business processes. Broad knowledge of the entire salesforce.com platform (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc.) is beneficial.
- 3-5 (decide here but no less than 3) years of operational experience utilizing CRM to scale business processes. 3+ years of salesforce implementation experience needed.
- Proven ability to problem solve and understand how a business process can be enhanced and improved using salesforce.com, and proven ability to identify and implement the most effective option.
- Refined ability to document requirements for developers. Ability to code is not required; however, an understanding of what can be done with Apex/Visualforce/Web Services is required. Previous experience with implementations requiring integrations to ERP systems such as Business Central and Sage is beneficial.
- Experience with hands-on solutioning on the Salesforce platform, for a variety of clients (including enterprise and large implementations)
- Experience designing data mappings for integration projects is preferred.
- Ability to work both independently and with a team is critical.
- Required Salesforce Certifications: Administrator, Service Cloud Consultant, Sales Consultant.
- Advanced Administrator and Field Service are beneficial.
